Prices are displayed in South African rand unless stated otherwise. We deliver to supported South African destinations using third-party couriers. Estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by destination, stock, public holidays, weather, courier capacity and events beyond reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete accessible address and a contact person who can receive the parcel.

7. Changes, cancellations and returns

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Once packing or courier collection has started, a change may not be possible. Returns must be authorised before being sent. For hygiene and safety, opened consumables and mouth-contact products may not be returnable unless faulty, unsafe or incorrectly supplied.
